Thank you for shopping with MotoFloat. We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you're not completely happy with your order, please review our policy below.

Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order if:

  • The item is unused, unworn, and in its original condition.

  • The item is returned in its original packaging.

  • You have proof of purchase or an order number.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Gift cards

  • Digital products or downloadable items

  • Personalized or custom-made products

  • Clearance or final sale items

  • Items that have been used, damaged, or altered by the customer

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We will work with you to provide a replacement or refund when applicable.

  • The reason for the return

If your return is approved, we will provide instructions for returning the item.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or if the wrong item was sent. To request an exchange, please contact us at the email above.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it can no longer be canceled and must follow the return process outlined above.

Chargebacks

If you experience an issue with your order, please contact us first so we can resolve it promptly before initiating a chargeback with your payment provider.
